It is my belief that each individual deserves to be provided with a unique and customized approach to wellness. This includes piecing together all the parts of the mind, body, and spirit - allowing them to collide gently into wellbeing. By utilizing the holistic theories of nursing and integrating Eastern and Western medical philosophies, we can return ourselves to a balanced state. Unlocking our minds, we allow ourselves to find our spiritual strength and we can have boundless potential in this lifetime. My purpose is assisting you in finding your version of peace, love, joy, health, and abundance.

What is Holistic & Integrated Wellness? Approximately 65 to 80 percent of the world’s population use "old-school" or pre-modern healing methods. For many countries, these methods are considered the standard of care. They encompass the mind, body, and spirit as one unit and all are addressed during "treatment". In the USA, these non-conventional healing methods are sometimes referred to as "alternative" or “integrative”. Alternative and integrative approaches are included in holistic care as they are used to support a whole person. The National Institute of Health’s National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (NCCIH) in Bethesda, Maryland is the U.S. federal government’s lead agency for scientific research on these topics in regards to healing. According to them, more than 30 percent of adults and about 12 percent of children in the USA use integrative health and healing methods. The term “integrative” health care is used in a variety of ways that all involve bringing conventional and alternative approaches together in a coordinated way. The use of integrative nursing approaches in health and healing is growing across the United States. Researchers are exploring the potential benefits of integrative methods in a wide variety of situations, including pain management, support for military personnel and veterans, cancer symptom relief, growing childhood diagnoses such as ADHD, and over all health promotion and disease prevention. Holistic nurses are legally licensed nurses first trained in what most consider as Modern / Western Medicine. They use nursing knowledge, theories, expertise and intuition to recognize and care for the totality of the human being within the scope and standards of their state. They also have specialized training in addition to a standard nursing degree in the Holistic Nursing specialty. Holistic nurses nurture wholeness, peace and healing by valuing each person's physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and environmental strengths and challenges and honoring each person’s values, health beliefs and health experience. They typically integrate many methods of prevention & healing.
What is Reiki? As an integrative practice, Reiki focuses on the client, not a specific illness. Reiki and Nursing go hand in hand because Reiki can help a patient become more receptive to traditional medical treatment. Reiki by itself often helps a patient not ready for a specific therapy to become calmer, more accepting, and better prepared. Reiki is a non-invasive energy therapy with Japanese origins. Its practice balances the body’s biofield and boosts the body’s capability to heal itself. During a Reiki session, energy flows through a practitioner’s hands into deficient or constrained areas in the biofield. It fills them with more positive energy and strengthens energy pathways so the individual can more easily heal in a naturally supported way. Nurses attempt to correct this situation of “Disturbed Energy Field.” Although it has many spiritual aspects, Reiki is not a religion. A Reiki practitioner encourages a healthy flow of energy within a client during a Reiki session or treatment. This therapy forms an important part of self-care and is easy to include in a lifestyle. Reiki can soothe, nurture, and restore individuals and help to reduce stress and tension. For more Information regarding Reiki, please visit The International Association of Reiki Professionals at

Define Spiritual Medium & Healer... Since the young age of 3, I knew I was different... I possessed a gift. And through a near death experience, the gift was accentuated. This is a gift I believe came directly from the Creator and I thank Him daily and only use it to help others. For so long I did not tell others of this Gift. I was fearful of their reaction. However, we are all given a path to walk, and through prayer, meditation, & education, I now know keeping this Gift to myself would be unfair to those in need. Psychics tune into the energy of people or objects by feeling or sensing elements of their past, present and future. Simply put, psychics rely on their basic sense of intuition and psychic ability to gather information for the person before them. Mediums take it a step further. A medium uses his or her psychic or intuitive abilities to see the past, present and future events of a person by tuning into the spirit energy surrounding that person. This means mediums rely on the presence of non-physical energy outside of themselves for the information relevant to the person being read. Similarly, all nursing students are required to take the basic entry-level nursing courses, such as anatomy, physiology, and chemistry. Students are trained in the basics before moving on to higher-level courses and choosing their sub-specialty, such as ICU, ER, cardiology, pediatrics, or oncology. The emphasis of my work is holistic care - which includes mediumship: making connections with and delivering messages from people who are no longer living to those who still are. They sometimes even assist in my ability to offer suggestions for physical healing. I receive information primarily and directly from the dead, spirit guides and angels. While there are a few different forms of mediumship, I work as a mental medium, which means I communicate with spirits through the use of empathy & telepathy. Spirits talk to my mind and body with thoughts and feelings that come in the form of "clairs." I mentally "hear" (clairaudience), "see" (clairvoyance), "know" (claircognizance) and/or "feel" (clairsentience) messages from spirits. I like to say that I act as the bridge between the spiritual and the physical world, with the intention of healing both. Can’t make the party? You can still help these ladies earn FREE hostess credit!!!! MESSAGE ANGELA NOW to learn how!!! It is IMPORTANT to remember that no matter what information a psychic or medium receives and passes to you - it does NOT disempower you. You were given the gift of free will when you came into this world, and at any moment in time you can absolutely redirect your course and create the life you want by changing your thoughts and actions. Always remember that you do have a say in how your future unfolds. The information is often just insight into what potentially could happen based on the road you are currently traveling—and it should be used only as a guideline to help you make the best choices for yourself.
